Federal Civil Service Commission FCSC Shortlisted Candidates check list hereFinally the Federal Civil Service Commission FCSC has released successful candidates who participated during the 2016 recruitment exercise. The successful applicants were shortlisted on March 16, 2017. This welcome development was made know to the public through the Hon. Chairman Federal Civil Service Commission also instructions were given to FCSC shortlisted candidates whose names were released according to their states of origin.

  • Click on your state of origin to check if your name is among the successful candidate shortlisted
  • Immediately a pdf file will download
  • Scroll down gentle to know if your name is among the FCSC shortlisted candidates.
  • Remember the FCSC shortlisted candidates are segmented depending on the ministries you apply during the online recruitment, so if your application was for ministry of Education kindly check your name on their list.

Federal Civil Service Commission interview requirements for FCSC shortlisted candidates, below are instructions given to FCSC successful applicants for interview.

  • All successful applicants should come along with identification letter, for example National identification card, Driver’s license and international passport etc also with a two recent personal passport.
  • Applicants are mandated to come along with their original documents including two photocopies of each of the document.
  • All shortlisted applicants must check their schedule time/date for interview before going to the venue to know when ministries/cedres schedules there interview.

Time table for FCSC shortlisted candidates’ 2017 interview

FCSC interview for successful applicants are stipulated as follows:

  • Monday 27th march – Time 9am for Ministry of Education
  • Tuesday 28th march – Time 9am for federal ministry Labour and Employment and Federal ministry of trade and investment
  • Wednesday 29th March – Time 9am for federal ministry of finance join with Bureau of public Procurement.
  • Thursday 30th March – Time 9am for ministry power, works and Housing join with Federal Ministry of science and technology also with federal ministry of Transport
  • Friday 31st of March – Time 9am for office of the Auditor General of the federation join with office of the Surveyor General of the federation
  • Monday 3rd April – Time 9am for Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
