As stated by JAMB registrar, Professor Oloyede, the sales of form will start on the set date and is expected to last for 6 good weeks that means the registration period will last until February 21st, 2019. JAMB registrar also strengthen that the board will not allow Cyber Cafe operators to register candidates because they are extorting candidates and overcharging them and also engaging in services that they do not have the capacity to do.

JAMB registrar, Professor Oloyede, has assured the public that the JAMB exams will not clash with the coming 2019 Elections.

Towards end of December 2018 Prof. Oloyede had initially announced January 3rd as beginning date for the sale of forms but changed it to January 10th, 2019 following appeal by the CBT operators for more time to complete their online network test.

Meanwhile, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board have launched Jambulletin. The Head, Media and Information of the board, Dr Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in an interview on Monday in Lagos. According to Benjamin, the bulletin, which will be known as “Jambulletin”, would be published every Monday and would not be for sale. “The board has concluded plans to commence a weekly publication, “Jambulletin” for the public.

The board’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin in an interview with NAN, said that over 700 centres have so far been accredited for the conduct of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) scheduled to commence on March 16, 2019

2019 JAMB Registration Requirements

  1. A recent passport photograph
  2. Your biometrics is also required
  3. An o’level result or an awaiting result is mandatory. You are allowed to make use of Neco, WAEC, GCE, Nabteb etc.
  4. A functioning email address and phone is required (important) get one here

Cost for 2019/2020 JAMB/UTME Form

Nigeria Federal Executive Council, FEC, has approved the downward review of the examination registration fees from N5, 000 to N3, 500 effective from January 2019. Note that N3, 500 is excluding from registration fee, you might be charge N 750 or N 1000 for biometrics and online form process.
